Inspirational Music can soar your writing to new heights....

I find a good way to keep me motivated with my writing is to listen to inspirational music. Sometimes I will just do a random Youtube “Epic Fantasy Music Mix”, if I cant be specific, but like any great action movie, imagine watching it without the music. Music generates emotions, depth and fires the imagination!

I have some favorites that I like to listen to that help inspire my writing, and one of those is the late great James Horner. I have loved every soundtrack he has done, and to me he is up there with the John Williams and Hans Zimmers of the world.

Soundtracks like Aliens, Titanic, and my all time favorite, Avatar. I have put a link here of my favorite track from the Avatar soundtrack that inspires 99% of my Battleforce writing. This track is entitled “War”, and has to be the most epic track he has ever produced. I feel sorry for whomever it is that James Cameron gets to do the music in his Avatar sequels, because they have a lot to live up to.
